The Program is open to existing customers of Empuls whose businesses are and have an active subscription to Empuls's SaaS.

Referring Customers must be in good standing with Empuls team and comply with all terms and conditions of their subscription agreement.  

Referring Customers may refer other businesses ("Referred Customers") to Empuls’s SaaS product by submitting the referral through the designated referral portal or another specified method.

The referral must include accurate and complete information about the Referred Customer, including their name, company name, contact information, and any additional details requested by Empuls team.

Referring Customers are responsible for obtaining the consent of Referred Customers to provide their information to the Empuls team for the Program.

The qualifications of a lead depend on internal factors within Empuls team and will not be disclosed.

If a Referred Customer subscribes to Empuls's SaaS product within a specified period from the referral submission, the Referring Customer will be eligible to receive program benefits, as determined by the Empuls team.

Program benefits may include, but are not limited to, discounts on SaaS fees, credits in recharge value, upgrades, commission payout, or other incentives, subject to the discretion of Giift of up to $5,000 or as specified in the Program. (The value of rewards will be based on the organization's size and other parameters decided by the Empuls team).

The benefits, if the lead is qualified, are subject to the discretion of the Empuls team, of up to $500 per verified lead, based on internal factors to Empuls.

The applicable benefit may not exceed the total SaaS value for that year. If it does, the referral benefit for the referee would be reduced to a lower amount, and the same value would also be reduced for the referrer.

Upon successful referral conversion, the Empuls team will communicate the specific program benefits and eligibility criteria to the Referring Customer.

Referring Customers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to benefit from the Program.

Referred Customers must meet any additional eligibility criteria specified by the Empuls team.

Referred Customers need not maintain an active subscription to the Company's SaaS products.

Giift reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Any modifications to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on Empuls's website or other communication channels.

In the event of Program termination, Referring Customers will not be eligible for any outstanding or future program benefits.

Participation in the Program is voluntary, and the Empuls team does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Referring Customers shall not make false or misleading statements about Empuls’s SaaS product or engage in unethical practices to refer customers.

Referring Customers shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations about the Program.

The Empuls team may, at its discretion, investigate and disqualify any referrals that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.
