  • Ask employees how they feel about their job and what changes would help them be more satisfied with their jobs.
  • Ask employees how much they value the activities you provide for free (i.e., lunches, parties, etc.). Also, ask them how much they value the perks and benefits.
  • Ask employees how often they are recognized for good work performance or offered opportunities to learn new skills.
  • Ask them to rate their satisfaction with various aspects of work life, such as communication skills, leadership style, pay and benefits, job security and recognition from supervisors, etc., on a scale from 1 (low) to 10 (high).
  • Analyze data collected to identify patterns among results from multiple questionnaires that may indicate areas for improvement in your organization's employee satisfaction program.
